At SkyCart, we ship to customers across Australia and internationally. All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. As we operate as a dropshipping store, products are dispatched directly from our suppliers, and delivery times may vary depending on the product and destination.
Estimated Delivery Times:
- Australia: 7–20 business days
- International: 14–30 business days
Tracking information will be provided via email once your order has been dispatched. Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates only and may be affected by supplier processing times, carrier delays, or customs clearance for international orders.
SkyCart is not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping carriers or customs authorities. If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us and we will investigate on your behalf.
Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items ordered. Free shipping may be available on selected products or promotions.
Lost or Damaged Orders: If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date with your order number and photos (if applicable), and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.
