Return & Refund Policy
At SkyCart, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, please read our policy below.
Returns We accept return requests within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return.
Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned:
- Personal care and hygiene products (including body oils, face masks, and ear cleaners) once opened
- Perishable or consumable goods
- Items marked as final sale
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Order Cancellations Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After this window, orders may have already been dispatched by our supplier and cannot be cancelled.

Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)
If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day you receive your goods.

Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from your purchase, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for supplementary costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the standard delivery we offer), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive your withdrawal notice.
We will carry out the reimbursement using the same means of payment you used for the initial transaction. You may be required to return the goods within 14 days of notifying us of your withdrawal.
Conditions for Returns
Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging. Certain items are exempt from returns, including perishable goods, digital products, and items that have been personalised or made to order.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will arrange a replacement or full refund.
